A full audit and report on your communications in all media to all internal and external stakeholders. This would include reviewing:

- the audiences for these communications
- all costs and advising on cost effectiveness
- your website and whether it is working hard for you (including high level analytics analysis)
- how the website performs on Google and other search engines against specific search terms - and against competing businesses
